How long does it take to assemble a DAHON folding bike?
Most DAHON bikes come 95% pre-assembled. It typically takes 15-20 minutes to complete the final setup, which includes attaching pedals and adjusting the handlebars and seat post.
What is the weight limit for your folding bikes?
Most of our standard 20-inch wheel models are designed to support a maximum rider weight of 105 kg (230 lbs), though this can vary by specific model and frame material.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
What kind of warranty comes with a DAHON bike?
We provide a limited 5-year warranty on the bike frame, handlepost, and rigid forks. Other non-wearable components are generally covered for one year against manufacturing defects.
