At DAHON, we stand behind the quality of our folding bikes and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Bike

  Ensure the bicycle is clean and packed securely in its original factory box with all manuals, tools, and components included.

• 3.
  Ship to DAHON

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
